Warm chocolate fudge sauce 

Served warm as a chocolate fondue, with chunks of maderia cake, banana’s or strawberries to dip, or over ice cream. If there’s any left leave it to cool and put a tablespoon of the mixture into a cup of hot milk for the best ever hot chocolate!! 


300ml double cream 

     1 tsp Coffee  

     250g dark chocolate 

     1 tbsp golden syrup 

     30g unsalted butter 


  • Pour the cream and Coffee into a saucepan and heat until almost boiling. 
  • Add the chocolate, syrup and butter and stir until the chocolate has melted and the sauce is smooth and glossy.  
  • Serve warm.  

Cooks Tips… 

This recipe works best with chocolate that has no more than 50-55% cocoa solids, as anything higher creates a sauce that is to strong. You can also use a 50/50 combination of 70% solids dark chocolate and good quality milk chocolate
