Hawaiian Salad


2 beaten eggs

4 tblsp vinegar

2 tblsp butter

4 tblsp sugar

2 packets cream cheese

125ml cream whipped

1 cup green grapes

1 cup red grapes

2 cups mini marshmallows

1 tin (15 oz drained) fruit salad or crushed pineapple


-place eggs, vinegar, sugar and butter in a double saucepan and stir until the mixture is cooked and thick. Take off heat and leave to cool.

– beat cream cheese and add cooled sauce gradually. Add whipped cream and other ingredients, mix thoroughly.

-put into serving dish and leave for 24 hours.
