GARDEN RANCH PIZZA 

This is a great alternative for those who don’t like a tomato base on their pizza, and is great cold too! 

 

Ingredients: 

 

Pizza base (either from packet, fresh or soda bread) 

125ml mayonnaise 

50ml herb and garlic (ranch style) salad dressing 

1 clove garlic 

225g mozzarella cheese, grated, divided 

115g (4oz) broccoli florets, chopped 

½ red pepper, seeded and diced 

1 carrot thinly sliced. 

55g (2oz) sliced black olives (optional) 

25g (1oz) fresh parmesan cheese, finely grated 

 

 

Method: 

 

  • Make pizza dough according to instructions 
  • Preheat oven to 200/180fan/gas 6 
  • Combine mayonnaise, salad dressing and garlic, mix well and spread evenly over pizza base to within 1inch of edge. 
  • Evenly distribute half of the mozzarella. 
  • Sprinkle broccoli, red pepper, carrot and olives if using over pizza, top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese. 
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes before serving.
